ASL DrawNow! | The Drawing Center


The Drawing Center, a non-profit art space based in SoHo, New York is hosting a free online participatory drawing workshop in American Sign Language (ASL) this Saturday, September 18 at 1pm EDT.

The online participatory drawing workshop will focus on The Drawing Center's 2021 exhibition Huguette Caland: Tête-à-Tête. Throughout the works on view in Tête-à-Tête, artist Huguette Caland conveys the vitality of the human body and spirit with her fluid and candid use of the medium of drawing.

Led by teaching artists Nic Annette Miller and Ellen Mansfield, the workshop is free and open to the signing community. Please click here to register. Looking forward to drawing with you all!
